The integrated payment gateway on our platform is deployed exclusively for collecting B2B software subscription fees from restaurant businesses. Restaurants OS is a software provider and does NOT process, hold, or intermediate consumer diner payments for food and beverage orders.

- Restaurant Account & Onboarding Details: Business trade name, proprietor/manager contact name, phone number, email address, physical outlet address, menu items, pricing, and GST tax registration numbers (GSTIN).
- Subscription Billing & Payment Metadata: When restaurant owners purchase or renew a subscription tier (e.g., Starter Plan ₹2,999 / $39 for 6 Months, Pro Restaurant Plan ₹6,999 / $89 for 6 Months), our authorized payment gateway captures transaction metadata (Transaction ID, payment status, subscription tier, billing amount, currency, payment method type, and timestamp).
- Technical & Operational Telemetry: IP address, device type, browser information, login session tokens, paired thermal printer hardware identifiers, and software error logs necessary for system stability.
Payment Gateway Scope & Financial Security
We adhere strictly to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) tokenization guidelines and global PCI-DSS security standards for all subscription payment transactions:
Restaurants OS NEVER captures, stores, logs, or has access to your debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, expiry dates, UPI MPINs, or net banking passwords. All subscription payments are processed directly through authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay).
- Subscription Fee Collection Only: Online checkout on this platform is solely utilized to process subscription plan charges and renewals for restaurant software licensing.
- Encrypted 256-Bit SSL/TLS Handshake: All payment transactions are encrypted during transit via bank-grade 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
- No Diner Payment Intermediation: Any QR code table ordering configured by a restaurant operates for internal order dispatch; diners settle bills directly with the restaurant merchant.

- To activate and manage your restaurant's cloud POS and KDS software subscription licenses.
