1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RestaurantsOS ("Platform," "Service," "we," or "us"). By creating an account, initiating a subscription, or utilizing our digital ordering, KDS, POS, and billing software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Platform Services

RestaurantsOS provides a cloud-based digital order management platform enabling food service establishments to process QR table ordering, manage live kitchen display screens (KDS), handle staff role authentication, and generate automated thermal and digital invoices.

3. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing Terms

Key terms governing plan subscriptions and pricing:

• Starter Plan Subscription: The Starter Plan is priced at ₹3,999 for 1 month of service, granting full access to QR ordering, kitchen display, POS console, and staff controls.
• Payment Terms: Fees are payable in advance on a recurring monthly or annual schedule depending on your selected tier. All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) excluding applicable local taxes.
• Trial & Cancellations: Free trial periods grant access without credit card commitment. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next renewal billing cycle.

4. User Responsibilities & Account Security

As a restaurant administrator or manager, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your staff login credentials, pin codes, and account tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in RestaurantsOS — including software code, UI designs, logo marks, graphics, and system architecture — remain the exclusive property of RestaurantsOS Technologies. You retain full ownership of your menu data, logos, and business records uploaded to the service.

6. Platform Availability & Service SLA

While we strive for 99.9% platform uptime and zero-interruption service, RestaurantsOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to perform occasional schedule updates or maintenance with advance notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RestaurantsOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost restaurant sales, power outages, internet disruption, or hardware failures at your establishment.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Rajasthan, India.
